Seamless Solutions: Our Approach to Refunds at Pyramids of Chi

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY FOR GROUP & 1:1 WELLNESS

For bookings that come directly from our website platform & Guest Relations POS.

  • Your ticket is not confirmed until payment is made in full.
  • If Pyramids of Chi cancels or reschedules the event, you are entitled to a full refund or transfer to the new event date or alternate session of equal value, or a credit to be held for maximum 3-months.
  • If the ticket is paid in full and you cannot make it to the event, you are entitled to transfer the ticket to another name to use your ticket on that day/date.
  • Cancellation requests must be made a full 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellation requests 24 hours in advance will incur a 20% administration fee.
    – Refund for credit card will takes more than 14 days working days
    – Refund to Indonesian Bank account or cash can be done within 24 hours on weekdays
  • No refunds will be given for cancellation requests made less than 24 hours or on the day of the event including citing traffic conditions.
  • Please submit refund requests to booking@pyramidsofchi.com or via WhatsApp +62 (0) 821 4782 3397.
  • We regularly sell out for sessions and without sufficient notice (24 Hours) other guests can miss out on attending due to being sold out

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY FOR GROUPS, RETREATS, AGENTS, AND OFFLINE DEALS:

Due to the numbers of booking and other arrangements involved such as space, facilitator, meals, etc, we have established the following cancellation policy. Booking Procedures:

  • Those managing the booking inquiries to communicate this policy to the customers during the booking process.
  • The details of this cancellation policy should be clearly stated on the invoice provided to the customer both on regular or online/Stripe invoices.

Booking Confirmation:

Bookings will be considered 100% confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Bookings and cancellation requests made less than 30 days from the scheduled visit date are non-refundable transactions.
  • For bookings and cancellation requests made beyond 30 days from the visit date, we offer flexibility:
    – A 50% refund of the amount paid, or
    – The option to retain the full amount as credit for future bookings.
  • Please submit refund requests to your booking concierge who taking care of your bookings.

Unforeseen Circumstances:

If Pyramids of Chi cancels or reschedules the event due to unforeseen circumstances, the customers are entitled to a full refund or transfer to the new event date or alternate session of equal value, or a credit to be used for future bookings.
