Listen for the sound of the gong, a signal that a session is about to begin. Follow the practitioners guidance to the Pyramid and during your session.
Following your session, consider taking some time to ground in the garden. Take your shoes off and feel the grass between your toes.

Relax. Relaxation is the first step to healing. Sleep is the oldest healing technology known to man and meditation is a great tool. While the live Sound Healing will get you into a deep sound immersion, the light in the system is a carrier for mechanisms of the scalar technology and you don’t need to look at it to receive the benefits.
