Every Wednesday: 2:00pm

How does it work?

In the first part of the session, you'll chill out, and the therapist will guide you into a super-relaxed state called hypnosis. They'll also show you how easily you can accept suggestions, which are like friendly ideas.

Then, in the second part, you'll get all cozy lying down, and the therapist will take you back to the memories from when you were younger, like when you were a kid or a teenager. It's like watching a movie of your past. In those memories, you made decisions about yourself and picked up beliefs. Some of those beliefs might not be helping you now.

The therapist will help you look at these beliefs and see how they might be making things a bit tough. They'll show you that these beliefs aren't really true. With the therapist's help, you can say goodbye to these beliefs and replace them with good, strong, loving and constructive ones about yourself.

After our session, you'll be asked to listen to a recording for 21 days. It's like practicing those good beliefs to make them stay rooted in your mind and help you feel even better about yourself.

Victoria Holmes

Victoria is a Rapid Transformational Technique (RTT) Hypnotherapist. RTT is a hybrid therapy, which offers unparalleled results compared with traditional therapies – by its nature RTT treatments selectively integrate principles derived from multiple disciplines – including (but not limited to) Hypnotherapy, Neuro- Linguistic Programming (NLP), Psychotherapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
