While Leela illuminates patterns within the mind and subconscious, the scalar field simultaneously supports the body and nervous system on a deeper level. In this immersion, the Leela journey unfolds within the supportive presence of the Scalar Healing Energy field.

For thousands of years, the Leela Game has been used as a symbolic map of consciousness, revealing subconscious patterns, karmic loops, and the deeper intelligence shaping our lives. Rooted in ancient wisdom traditions, the game creates a living mirror in which your inner landscape becomes visible, naturally, without analysis or force.

As you move through the 72 gates of the board, the game reflects your present state of awareness. Patterns, inner obstacles, and hidden potentials begin to reveal themselves with surprising precision. Each position carries a teaching encoded by ancient sages, translating into insights that often feel both deeply personal and uncannily accurate.

This creates a powerful synergy. Leela brings awareness to what is ready to be seen, while the scalar field supports the body in integrating what arises.

The facilitator serves as a guide and space holder, opening access to the ancient intelligence of Leela while the scalar field quietly supports the body’s natural capacity for restoration and balance.

Preparation:

As this is an overnight experience, we prepare mattress, pillow, bolsters, and blanket for your to rest.

Ensure to bring your sleepwear and a warm layer.
The temperature inside the SHE Dome can be too warm or too cold for some participants.

The session will unfold in carefully curated stages, designed to gently guide you through each step so you can feel informed, supported, and fully immersed in the experience.

Evening – Self-Awareness & Grounding Journey

5:00 pm – We begin with a short introduction to set the tone for the evening and share an overview of how the experience will unfold.
6:00 pm – We pause to enjoy a nourishing three-course vegan dinner together in the Café space, allowing time to ground, connect, and prepare your body for the journey ahead.
7:00 pm – We slowly transition to the Scalar Healing Energy Dome, where the Leela Game will begin. You will be guided through each step of the process, following the instructions as you move through your unique journey.
The game will continue until around midnight, after which we will rest in the Dome.

Morning – Integration & New Beginnings

6:30 am – Begin the morning with a moment of quiet reflection. Take time to write down your thoughts and feelings, capturing your experience and setting intentions for the path ahead. This is a powerful moment to plant seeds of clarity, purpose, balance, and manifestation, a true new beginning.
7:00 am – Enjoy a light and nourishing breakfast in the Café.
8:00 am – If you feel called, you are welcome to join our morning yoga in the Yoga Shala. This session helps deepen the integration of your experience and invites you to return to stillness, feeling grounded and connected.
Afterward, you are free to head home and continue your day feeling refreshed and renewed.

How does it work?

The session begins with a grounded introduction to the essence and philosophy of Leela as a map of consciousness and the power of the Scakar Energy field. Each participant is then invited to clarify a personal intention or life question. This intention becomes the energetic anchor for the journey, guiding how the game unfolds and what aspects of life are illuminated. The clearer the question, the clearer the mirror.

Before entering the board, participants are guided through a short meditation rooted in mindfulness principles. This practice helps quiet the analytical mind, regulate the nervous system, and bring awareness into the present moment.

The journey begins with the throwing of the dice, traditionally known as the Karma Dice. In Leela, you may only enter the board upon rolling a six , often referred to as the “magic six.”

The facilitator will guides you through the meaning of every square you land on, whether it represents virtues, challenges, illusions, karmic patterns, or higher states of awareness. Through this process, patterns begin to emerge. You may notice repetition, ascension, stagnation, or sudden shifts, all reflecting inner dynamics currently at play.

Throughout the journey, the facilitator attentively observes each participant’s and offers a synthesis of the experience. This includes highlighting key themes, recurring patterns, karmic lessons, and potential pathways forward.

Mira

Mira is a certified Leela Facilitator, experienced sound healing practitioner, Yoga Alliance–certified teacher, and somatic educator. Her work is informed by a strong foundation in physical education, anatomy, and movement science, allowing her to approach transformation through both intuitive and evidence-informed perspectives.

With over 20 years of experience in holistic wellness, Mira integrates yoga, sound healing, somatic education, breathwork, and consciousness-based modalities into her practice. She specializes in nervous system regulation, embodiment, and emotional resilience, guiding both individuals and groups through processes that cultivate clarity, balance, and inner stability.

Mira supports individuals in reconnecting with their bodies, breath, and deeper layers of consciousness. Her work bridges ancient wisdom traditions with contemporary therapeutic understanding, creating spaces for grounded transformation and embodied awareness.

SHE – Scalar Healing Energy resides is a full-scale, 10 meter diameter geodesic dome. Geodesic domes use the golden ratio, or fibonacci sequence, which are the mathematics of the universe, nature and our own bodies down to the cellular level. These principles energetically align and enhance the experiences held within for a completely harmonised experience. Paired with state of the art lighting, sound, cooling and comfortable furnishings, the Scalar Healing Energy Geodesic Dome is the perfect space to feel, heal, relax and release.
