Emotional Freedom Technique (commonly known as EFT tapping or just “tapping”) is another tool that can potentially help reduce stress and anxiety, as well as benefit other mental health conditions

It is an alternative or adjunct therapy combining aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with tapping or pressing specific acupressure points on the body. According to a 2016 meta-analysis in the Journal of Nervous and Mental Disease, tapping significantly reduced anxiety amongst study participants with anxiety. Available research also shows EFT tapping to be beneficial for people with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and depression.

Dina Osiris

Driven by the question “Who am I” Dina started her journey of self-realisation which can also be understood as the human journey of liberating oneself. Dina attained, in Düsseldorf her bachelor’s degree in social science (Psychology) and her path led her to Egypt where she studied “Bioenergetics” with Daoist Master and Founder of Light Mandalas. In search of the true essence of her being she studied how to unlearn behaviours and rewrite the conditioned mind, combining different techniques like “Subliminal Hypnosis Therapy”, “Emotional Freedom Technique” and many more. “I’ve asked myself how can I share my gift with the world and I’d like to encourage everyone to take a deep look into the vast ocean of yourself and go on an adventure looking for the buried treasure within – that elusive diamond of our true nature.
