Breath

Breath is the foundation of life and a vital component for our overall health. However, the stresses of modern life can cause us to disconnect from our breath. This can leave us oxygen-depleted and locked into a fight-or-flight state without even knowing it.

Conscious breathwork allows us to improve our energy, focus, and well-being by developing healthy breathing patterns. It is also an incredible tool for accessing higher states of consciousness and releasing stored trauma.

At Pyramids of Chi, our breathwork offerings are all rooted in an impeccable modality called ‘Conscious-Connected Breath’. This allows you to experience optimal breathing while resting in a safe container for healing, growth, and deep relaxation.
